我终于查到了WABCO的资料了,转角传感器更换后必须进行初始化标定,原文如下:
1) WABCO-STANDARD-SAS:
The following steps for searching the failure-cause are necessary:
a) During EOL or service (faulty assembly) this failure cause is likely:
- Was the steering-wheel-angle-sensor disassembled, but electrically
connected and has the rotation exceeded 4 turns (left or right) ?
- Was the steering-wheel-angle-sensor disassembled, but electrically
connected and has the sensor been rotated by hand very fast ?
- Was the sensor assembled in the vehicle and was the sensor then turned
around more than measuring-range before calibration of the sensor ?
Remark: A new sensor is not calibrated, so that this failure cannot occur.
The problem only exists, if a calibrated sensor is assembled in a new
position.
- Was the sensor significantly wrongly calibrated and was the sensor then
turned around more than measuring-range (before ESC could detect offsetfailure)
?
b) This failurecode is also possible because of an accident (extreme fast
rotation of steering-wheel > 1200°/s).
c) This failurecode is also possible, if the steering-wheel-range of the vehicle |
