开车就走让运输公司出面解决绝对不能自己掏钱掏多少运输公司就挣多少</font></div></div>说的有道理，不能拿这个钱，开车就走，运费也别要了！本身他们厂这个地方有坡度设计的就有些不合理，如果是平地也不会这样，他们也有点责任，保安如果直接让进去了也不会这样了！别管他，损坏的货里面也有好的为什么不能退，这是霸王条款！如果打官司就跟他打，找个律师咨询一下

这办法好！如果你卖我百分百会买的！卡车人真的不容易。深有体会，有一次我拉手机展示柜全部玻璃都有小省坏可货主还好说话只有没有要运费了没有要我赔，他说他以前还是跑货运的.........
